This frilly rubber Governess Blouse is fitted down to the waist where it flares out with a frilly peplum. It has a high neck with frilled edge and frills across the shoulders, chest and back. The loose fitting sleeves have gathered puffed shouders and a shaped frilly cuff. It is poppered down the back but is also available to order with a zip.
