All parcels are plain and discreetly packaged with no company name or logos upon them.
Shipping is calculated at a flat rate depending on country, irrespective of value, size or weight**. All parcels are recorded and will require a signature. Any unclaimed parcels that are returned to us will incur additional shipping costs to re-post, or you will receive a refund minus handling fees and postal costs. Any parcel proving to have been signed for will be deemed as delivered and therfor no further responsibility lies with us to track your parcel. Refunds will not be given to signed for, delivered parcels even though the signature may not match your own.
Any parcels that are unclaimed and returned to us that have been sent with a free postage promotion will also be charged the full postal price.
Even though your card is charged at the time of purchase, items that are not in stock can take up to 35 working days before despatch and, in uncontrolable circumstances, maybe longer. If you have purchased multiple items all in stock items will be held and sent together once all the items in your order have been manufactured.
