RETURN, CANCELLATION, EXCHANGE AND DELIVERY POLICY

Customer satisfaction is very important to us - your confidence in us, in the quality of our goods and in our service is our number one priority. However, there are some stipulations we are obliged to make.

We cannot accept any returns that are soiled, worn, damaged or laundered. For hygiene purposes, we regret we cannot accept any returns that break the above rules. (By law, intimate garments containing a crotch (e.g. underwear, etc, cannot be returned once they have been tried on or worn. )

If the goods are merely unwanted, we can only accept them back in brand new condition and within 10 calendar days from our shipment date to you.

For an exchange, or a refund, returns should be received by us (or requested by you) within 10 calendar days from the date your order was shipped and include the original packaging.

PLEASE TAKE NOTE OF THE FOLLOWING IMPORTANT POINTS:

  • Please ensure you enclose a copy of your delivery note, and a note of your requirements, in the package with your return. If this is not done - we can't handle your return! The delivery note is inside your package.

  • If you are returning goods from outside Europe - and you do not then please ensure your package is clearly marked "RETURNS". If you do not do this - there may be UK customs duties levied on the goods and we cannot accept delivery. In this event the package is likely to be returned to you and you will be liable for the duty.

  • If you are returning items from USA via FedEx, UPS or any other 'Courier Service', there is a charge levied of 30 UK Pounds (by them - not by us !!), and they will usually demand proof that Duty has been paid. Please note, if these charges are raised, we will have to charge it to you. Therefore - we suggest you use AIRMAIL via the POSTAL SERVICE in preference.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We do NOT charge an Admin fee, a re-stocking fee or an Exchange fee.
Shipping charges will be applied to your replacement order as per the original shipment.
However - if the replacement is a result of our error - there will be NO re-shipping charges applied.

RETURNS FOR REFUND OR STORE CREDIT

The value of the goods will be refunded in full. We do not charge an Admin Fee. However, we are unable to refund either the original outbound shipping charge or your return shipping costs.

We will take an individual view however if the goods are returned as a result of our error - and this is entirely at the discretion of the staff at the Rubber Eva Shop.

Refunds are made as soon as possible from the date we receive your return and in the same method you used for your original payment.

We regret we cannot process your exchange/refund unless these terms are complied with.

ORDER CANCELLATION

The Orders at the Rubber Eva shop are each made and where necessary ordered as quickly as is possible, each item if in stock is sent in the same working week, however each item has in its description what would be the waiting time for that item is not in stock. (Up to 28 days)

If your order is cancelled we may take out a 25% charge to cover any costs involved in the making of that item if the item and the production costs therein.

This cancellation cost would be applicable to orders cancelled 4 working days after the confirmation email has been sent.

DELIVERY POLICY

All goods will be delivered in 28 days or earlier, however in the case of where it states 4-6 weeks for more complicated outfits this will be clearly visible in the items description.
