These are a pair of Frilly Plastic AB Rumba pants with elasticated legs and wide enclosed elasticated waist. The rear has 4 rows of plastic frills across them. Gusset measures 7-8 inches and the sides are 8-9 inches deep. Shown here without a nappy.
