We do not accept returns sent with FEDEX or DHL or any courier who uses the import tax payment upfront system.

Any non-faulty items can be returned within 14 days for a refund, but please note there will a fee of up to 40% fee and 'actual' postal costs and chlorination costs will not be refunded. Items must be returned with original packaging and be unused and unworn. Return postal charges are to be paid by the consumer. If you wish to exchange an item for different size or colour then re-chlorination and return postal charges will apply along with up to 40% fee.

If the item is faulty upon arrival then a full refund will be given including tracked postal charges (not couriers) but you must email upon the parcels arrival and send it back within 7 days with details of the fault and the item. The item will then be examined to determine if the cause is a manufacturing fault.

When returning items from outside the EU, you will need to declare on your customs form that the item is being "Returned" This made clear so we do not incur any import taxes. Failing to do so will result in us not accepting the parcel and customs will either keep or return your parcel to you with their associated charges.

Please Note:

Non GBP Customers. Refunds are paid in U.K Sterling and will be converted back into "Your Payment Currency" by your bank or payment provider. Therefore some difference may occur in the price you paid to the amount you receive due to the banks exchange rate This is out of our control and we gain no monies from these transactions.
