All parcels are plain and discreetly packaged with no company name or logos upon them. They are packaged and shipped from here in France with either La Poste, Colissimo or other courier
Shipping is calculated at a flat rate depending on country, irrespective of value, size or weight. All parcels are recorded and may require a signature. Any unclaimed parcels that are returned to us from outside the EU may be charged a return shipping fee from the postal company which you will be expected to pay. All re-post costs of returned parcels will need to be paid in full before your parcel is re-shipped. This is irespective of fault unless the incorrect address was written by dispatch. Refund and cancellation requests for returned parcels will incur a 30% charge. Any parcels proving to have been tracked as delivered and/or signed for will be deemed as delivered and therefor no further responsibility lies with us to track your parcel. Refunds will not be given to signed for, delivered parcels even though the signature may not match your own.
Any unclaimed parcels that are subsequently lost will not be refunded.
When your parcel is shipped the status of the order will change in your account to 'Shipped'. We do not send tracking information unless requested. Tracking is valid for a period of 30 days. Any reported loss of parcels after 30 days can not be tracked so therefor will not be refunded or replaced.
Even though your card is charged at the time of purchase, items that are not in stock can take up to 8 WEEKS UNTIL DISPATCH . MOULDED RUBBER CAN TAKE LONGER in uncontrollable circumstances. If you have purchased multiple items all in stock items will be held and sent together once all the items in your order have been manufactured.
You can view the progress of your order by logging into your account or clicking on the View Status button found on the home page. Please do not email with regard to the status of your order as all information is held in your account.
